About us
Originated from the Italian Tuscany and settled down in the Swiss county Ticino, the family Frapolli has been since 1931 an ambassador of southern culinary in the region.
Together with our employees we live the personal and familiar touch as hosts and combine modern with traditionel elements aswell in kitchen as in the exquisite cellar.
We invest continuasly in modern technology and combine wherever possible ecology with economy. Training and education is a major part of our philosophy and reflects in our extensive work with trainees and aprentices.
Being host is not an obligation, much more a gift - and this since over 3 generations with the same passion.
